2012 Registration

There are now two ways to register.

• Print and mail the form:
  If you will be paying by check, fill out the mail-in application.
  Note: This file in in PDF format. You'll need Acrobat to open it. If you have problems, "Right-Click" on the link and choose "Save As". This will save a copy to your computer. You should then be able to open it from the location you saved it under.
   
• Online Registration
  If you prefer to register and pay online, fill out the online form.
  Note: Paypal is experiencing periodic problems. If you get an error, delete your browser's history and cache and try again, or try a different browser . If it still fails, please print out the application and mail it in.
  

Note: Any late checks-in or registrations, after August 7th, will be subject to a $20 per player late fee to cover the cost of the additional registration and check-in facilities.

Optionally you may also wish to register for the 2012 Hitters Camp.

Frequently Asked Questions

Player check-in is at St. Raphael School (1215 Modaff Rd. Naperville).

Player clinics and practice starts the week of July 31^st

All equipment other than shoulder pads, which are provided at check-in, can be purchased at Play It Again Sports. Bring your helmet to check-in.
